Embodied Conflict Resolution
Agenda:
In this session, we will focus on embodied conflict resolution as an approach which integrates somatic resourcing practices with lived experience, our nervous system, and our conditioned tendencies. An embodied approach both supports our well-being and self awareness as practitioners and builds our capacity to to be with our clients’ embodiment of conflict.
