Relearn the art of being human in a space where all emotions are welcome—joy, grief, anger, tenderness, and more. Through creative expression and shared presence, we’ll co-create a brave space to embrace our wholeness and hear the deeper calls of love, freedom, and community in challenging times.

Community of Practice with Maureen St. Clair

The Art of Being Human

Agenda:

In order to create futures worth living we need to relearn how to be human… how to connect, witness, be in difference, be whole (free to be ourselves the good, the bad, the broken). Come as you are: sad, angry, joyful, frightened, anxious, stressed, tender, touched, heartbroken and practice the art of being human through creative expression, practice and presence.
