Manon Hardy

Manon Hardy is a member of the Barreau du Québec. After beginning her career in private practice, she held several international positions as a political advisor, human rights investigator, and coordinator at the United Nations in Haiti, providing assistance on human rights issues and institutional reinforcement. She was also a delegate of the Canadian Bar Association in South Africa.
Manon held various positions in the Federal public service as a lawyer, manager, and investigator. In this context, she received several recognitions for leading and implementing wide organizational changes, modernizing investigation processes, and introducing conflict resolution approaches. She has also been recognized for her role in promoting mental health in the workplace.
Manon has been trained as a third-party neutral at the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR). She currently collaborates with the CICR and notably co-facilitated a workshop in Ethiopia in December 2022.
Manon is fluent in French, English and Creole and proficient in Spanish.
