With over 20 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, Nicole Charron has been a driving force in informal conflict resolution processes. Her expertise extends to mediation, conflict coaching, and hard-to-serve group interventions, combined with conducting conflict management skills workshops both within and beyond Canada, all dedicated to fostering peace building.
Nicole's exceptional contributions to peace-building efforts have earned her recognition, including being the inaugural recipient of the Women Building Peace Award, presented by the Canadian Department of Peace Initiative in partnership with the Civilian Peace Service. As an accredited mediator of the ADR Institute and part of the United Nations Program of Political Affairs' mediator directory, she stands out for her commitment to effective mediation practices.
For the past 13 years, Nicole has been an esteemed trainer with our institute, earning the distinction of an Honoured Fellow. Fluent in both French and English, she expertly delivers all the Third Party Neutral modules, enriching our training offerings.
